    A: The search facility allows you to find what you're looking for simply by entering a keyword or model code and pressing Go.

Ordering

    A: Yes. Technote uses a secure server for online payment. This uses encryption technology to safeguard your personal information.
    Q: What happens if I add an item to my shopping basket but later change my mind?
    A: No problem! When you proceed to the Shopping Basket, you can easily remove the item.
    Q: How will I know you have received my order?
    A: Once your transaction has been authorised, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order reference number.
    Q: Is it possible to order by telephone or post?
    A: Certainly. Please look in the 'Contact us' section for details of our telephone number and mailing address.

Postage

    Q: How much postage will I pay for my order?
    A: The postage charge is a single flat rate charge, no matter how many items you are ordering. The postage charge is clearly displayed in the Shopping basket once you have selected your country. Charges are as follows:

    United Kingdom: 2.00
    Europe: 4.00
    U.S.A. & Canada: 5.00
    Australia/New Zealand: 6.00
    Other countries: 6.00

Delivery

    Q: How soon can I expect delivery?
    A: We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortages, please allow more time. If an item has been discontinued, or is likely to be unavailable for an unforeseeable period of time, you will be notified by email and offered a full refund. Of course, if you have opted to download software, you will not receive anything by post.

Downloading Software

    Q: Can I download keyboard software so I can use it straight away?
    A: Many of our software titles can be downloaded to your computer, which saves time waiting for the postman and also saves you money! The process is very simple and all you need is a couple of blank floppy disks. For our step-by-step guide to downloading software, click here.
